Future Trading in Commodity ::

Commodity Futures are an agreement between the interested buyer & seller to trade a Commodity (underlying), whereby the seller gives delivery of underlying commodity with prescribed Quality parameters & at designated location to the buyer. Both parties their rights to exit to before the expiry date.
Commodity Future Trading is no new to Indian Traders, however the same was largely unregulated. Govt. of India has created Forward Market Commission (FMC) for regulation of all commodity Future Exchanges in India. This has brought about regularized framework, security and transparency, ushering a new era of commodity trading.
